JJIF is recognized by 

• The Olympic Council of Asia
• Fédération Internationale du Sport Universitaire (FISU) 

JJIF is a full compliant signatory of the WORLD ANTI DOPING CODE under the World Anti Doping Agency 

JJIF governs all styles of Ju•Jitsu (Jiu-Jitsu, Ju-Jutsu, ..., ...). 
Several different Ju•Jitsu styles are already represented under the JJIF banner with each being granted wide autonomy. The principal of one national federation as member of JJIF remains. The local representation of different styles must be handled internally on national level. The disciplines (sport) unite them under a common rule system for competition.
