Ancient Olympia, Greece, 16-20.5.2025 . Delegates of the European Fair Play Movement (EFPM) elected the President and an eight-member Executive Committee at the regular electoral General Assembly on the afternoon of 19 May. Philippe Housiaux (BEL) was elected president, while Robert Perc (SLO) was re-elected to the Executive Committee. At the first meeting of the new ExCom, immediately after the electoral assembly, Robert Perc was appointed one of the two Vice-Presidents of the EFPM (the other Vice-President is Katarina Rasczova (SVK)).

Activities in the cradle of Olympism began on Sunday, 18.5.2025, with a Congress, focused on promoting inclusiveness in sport, where speakers presented historical, ethical and philosophical views on inclusion in sport through different historical periods, with the common denominator of Olympic values.

The United Nations a year ago declared May 19th as the World Fair Play Day. And it seemed only fitting that the delegates of the Congress and the Electoral Assembly, gathered in Ancient Olympia, commemorated the day with a respectful remembrance of the founder of the modern Olympic Games, Baron Pierre de Coubertin, at a memorial in the heart of the IOC Olympic Academy grounds in Ancient Olympia.

JJEU is Associated Member of the EFPM.
